DELIVERY
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team ASAP on info@kikakinis.co.uk and we will try our best to cancel your order before shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been dispatched, you will be sent your tracking details via the email you ordered with.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
No, your order is tracked, and does not need a signature
What if I receive a faulty item / wrong order?
Please contact us on info@kikakinis.co.uk and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t receive my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number we email you upon shipment. If your carrier was unable to deliver your parcel, you should receive a delivery note from them with further instructions – Alternatively, there may be a delay with customs. If you need help with your shipment status, please email us on info@kikakinis.co.uk so we can try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
STUDENT DISCOUNT
Your unique code will only be valid for 24 hours once you've created it, you will have to remake a new code if you decide to purchase later than that time.
RETURNS
Make sure you use a trackable postal service to return items. Kikakinis are not responsible for items that do not arrive with us.
Will my postage be refunded if I want to return an item?
We do not refund postage costs, unless otherwise stated.
How will I be refunded?
We will reimburse You the original purchase amount paid for the goods where you have requested a refund.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Refunds will be minus any promotional discounts applied that no longer qualify, e.g.. if the original order qualified for £5 off for a minimum spend of £50 and the return of an item(s) brings the order value below the £50 threshold, the £5 discount will be deducted from the refund due.
How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?
After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
We will withhold reimbursement until We have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (i.e. signed proof of delivery), whichever is the earliest.
Can I exchange my item/s for a different style?
As a small sustainable brand, we are not able to offer exchanges at at this current time. It is something we will be looking at going forwards but as at now our top priority is minimising waste, and exchanging products often means the initial order is disregarded, which we cannot offer with impunity. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team any time.
I have received the wrong item
While steps are in place in order to avoid this, as soon as you receive your order, please make sure you have the correct items, and kindly contact us immediately at info@kikakinis.co.uk if you find errors. Kindly attach images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible.
My item was damaged or faulty
All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately on info@kikakinis.co.uk if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly attach images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Can I return sale items?
We have final sale items and normal sale items:
Final sale: All final sale items will be clearly marked final sale in the product title and can only be returned for store credit.
Sale: Any items on sale that are not marked 'final sale' in the product title can be returned for a refund.
