RETURNS

If you're not quite happy with your purchase you can of course return this to us within 14 days of receipt, ensuring the tags and hygiene strips are still attached as our team will check once we receive this.

All our items are thoroughly checked before they leave our warehouse and we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet our return conditions. This is at our sole discretion.

Please complete our RETURNS CONTACT FORM (at bottom of page), stating clearly the ITEMS YOU ARE RETURNING (INCLUDING SIZE), ORDER NUMBER AND NAME BEFORE SENDING BACK.

Please package the item(s) carefully, using the original packaging where possible and mark your ORDER NUMBER clearly on the outside of the package.  Please also include your ORDER NUMBER on a slip of paper on the inside of your package.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


UK Orders

Use the link (https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/6107) This will enable you to automatically sent back your items for a refund. You must put your order number to ensure when received by our warehouse we can trace this to your order. If this is not added or typed in correctly, we are not liable for any returns that go missing.

Note : There will be a charge of £3.50 for returning your item, this will be deducted from your refund

International Orders

Please take your return to your nearest postal location and include the order number inside your package. Unfortunately at this time, due to international shipping costs, we are unable to cover the cost of returning your international order. 

Your return must be in perfect condition, with tags in tact and no sign of wear or damage, if your parcel is returned to us in a condition that does not meet these needs, we will not be able to process your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

General Refund Policy

You can return your items for a full refund or store credit (minus shipping charges) if you return this to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned unworn within 14 days.

  • Items must be in the same condition they were received in.
  • Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached

  • Unworn items must be returned in original packaging. 

  • Your refund will take up to 7 days.

Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage incase your returns in the rare case of your items being lost in transit so we can look into this.

Returns will be at the purchasers expense.

Refunding Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, including Black Friday weekend sales.

In Case of Damaged Items

Our products at Kikakinis are quality controlled, however if there is a rare occasion of one of our items being damaged, please email info@kikakinis.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.

FAQ's

Will my postage be refunded if I want to return an item?

We do not refund postage costs, unless otherwise stated.

How will I be refunded?

We will reimburse You the original purchase amount paid for the goods where you have requested a refund.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Refunds will be minus any promotional discounts applied that no longer qualify, e.g.. if the original order qualified for £5 off for a minimum spend of £50 and the return of an item(s) brings the order value below the £50 threshold, the £5 discount will be deducted from the refund due.

How long will it take for my funds to appear back in my account?

After we receive your returned parcel, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

We will withhold reimbursement until We have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (i.e. signed proof of delivery), whichever is the earliest.

Can I exchange my item/s for a different style?

As a small sustainable brand, we are not able to offer exchanges at at this current time. It is something we will be looking at going forwards but as at now our top priority is minimising waste, and exchanging products often means the initial order is disregarded, which we cannot offer with impunity. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our support team any time.

I have received the wrong item

While steps are in place in order to avoid this, as soon as you receive your order, please make sure you have the correct items, and kindly contact us immediately at info@kikakinis.co.uk if you find errors. Kindly attach images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible.

My item was damaged or faulty

All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you.  Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately on info@kikakinis.co.uk if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Kindly attach images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible.  We cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Can I return sale items?

All sale items will be clearly marked sale in the product description and can only be returned for store credit.
